Bai Mu Dan (Pai Mu Tan) translates as White Peony. A Fujian province loose leaf white tea.

Using a bud and two young leaves, this fine white tea is handled as little as possible during processing being allowed to dry naturally, usually in the sun.

A sweet, delicate tea resulting in a clear amber infusion.

Low in caffeine so can be drunk into the evening.

Like all white tea, said to be high in antioxidants.
