Chai Tea:

Ingredients:

  • Chai Spice Premium Tea
  • Milk of choice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Coffee ice cream or vanilla
  • Ground nutmeg and whipped cream for garnish
  • OPTIONAL: A splash of Bailey’s Irish Cream to make it a ‘hard teashake’.

What to do:

  1. Prepare tea by heating milk over medium heat.
  2. Add cinnamon and tea and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to steep for five more minutes before removing cinnamon and straining tea leaves.
  4. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then add tea and ice cream (and Bailey’s if you fancy) to a blender and pulse until well combined. If too thin, add more ice cream or ice to the mixture.
