Oolong is produced using the same leaves as black & green tea. It goes through seven stages of production, including sun withering, light oxidation, panning, rolling & drying. The result is a semi-fermented tea with grassy notes. In ancient China it was known for its health benefits including weight loss.

Started by Covent Garden pioneer Christina Smith, the business is now run by her niece and nephew and remains an independent family business to this day.
