A classic from the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian, harvested in the early morning. A legend says that monkeys were used to pluck the leaves. A most delicate taste with a pale amber cup.

White Monkey is a classic delicate tippy green tea. It is also referred to as a white tea due its downy white appearance and pale amber liquor.

According to legend, this tea was picked by specially trained monkeys. It is also named for the shape of the leaves which are hand-rolled to resemble a white monkey's paw.
